1. Old Fashioned:

   - Ingredients: 

     - 2 oz Four Roses bourbon

     - 1 sugar cube (or ½ teaspoon of sugar)

     - 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters

     - Orange peel and cherry for garnish


   - Instructions:

     - Place the sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass and soak it with bitters.

     - Muddle the sugar cube until it dissolves.

      - 1 oz Campari

      - 1 oz sweet vermouth

    - Instructions:

      - Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      - Add Four Roses bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

      - Stir well until chilled.

      - Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

      - Garnish with an orange peel twist.
